In 1999, I was one of the first people in the country selling digital advertising. To print advertisers. Who thought the internet was a fad. (Spoiler: it was not a fad.)

That was the beginning of a 25-year career spent making new things make sense to skeptical people -- and that's basically still my entire job description.

Here's the short version: I co-founded She Podcasts, a community of 21,000 women and non-binary podcasters. I ran a sold-out national conference -- twice. I built a podcast ad agency that worked with brands like HelloFresh, Thrive Market, and Talkspace. And in 2025, I was inducted into the Podcast Hall of Fame.

I mention all of this not to brag but because it means when I sit down with your team, I've actually done the thing. Not just advised on it. Big difference.
